Four Points Pumpkin Party

Four Points held it's first annual Pumpkin Party last Saturday. This was the first time I had nothing to do with "organizing" or planning an event, which was such a "freeing" feeling! Janet and Jon Stover headed up the event and did an AMAZING job! We had a huge turn out and so much fun!!! Here are some pics from the event:

San Francisco

My mom and I and a few friends from Four Points went to San Francisco for a woman's conference a few weeks ago. This was the first time away from my family for so long. I left the kids and Brent on a Wednesday morning and didn't return until Sunday. This was also a first "get away" with my mom. I had an incredible time. I slept in everyday, ran in the mornings, and was on my own time. It was fantastic! I missed my babies, but knew they were getting some good daddy time in! (Brent was amazing...he did a great job with them and even had our house clean when I returned). San Francisco is an amazing city. It's probably one of my favorite cities that I've visited so far! So much to do and to see...and all so beautiful! We were able to see Fisherman's Wharf, downtown San Francisco, the Golden Gate and Bay Bridge, Sausalito, Muir Woods, Capitola, Monterey, and Carmel. It was a trip of a lifetime!

A Date with Daddy

Brent took Abbey on a date this past Tuesday afternoon. Abbey has been looking forward to a "date with daddy" ever since she heard about my date with James David. Abbey took it pretty seriously! We had to dress up, put make-up on, and she wanted to pose for some pics in our front yard. She is quite the little "poser" as you can tell. Brent bought her some pretty pink flowers and took her to Maggie Moos for ice cream. They had a blast! Here's some pics from our "photo opt..."

FALL is HERE!!

Happy Birthday Jeanna!

Jeanna, Brent's sister, turned 30 a few weeks ago. We went to Cleveland for the day to celebrate her party. Jeanna is one awesome lady! I'm so thankful for such a loving, caring, and devoted sister-in-law. I've know her for over 10 years now, and she is so special to our family and to me! She has been there for me and has been an ear in some of our toughest times. I love her and I'm so glad we got to be with her on her special day! Happy Birthday Jeanna!!!!
